Hello my fellow Divine Feminine Goddesses + Warriors,
Yep, that was a mouthful, but I mean it. Anyone who has ever worked with me in any capacity is an absolute Goddess with Warrior energy. It takes courage to do this kind work.
I'm finally doing the thing I was meant to do from the moment I created this business, but I’m not comfortable standing up in front of people. I like my comfort zone. But it’s time to follow through on what my higher self has been pushing me to do. I’m flowing with the Lions Gate energies (see more on that below), saying YES! to growth and choosing to trust.
So...I'm holding a monthly Women’s Healing Circle, and I wanted to personally invite you - because you’ve already journeyed with me, and I know how deeply you show up for your own healing. This is a monthly community for women seeking meaningful connection, emotional release, and real inner change. Each circle blends somatic work, energy healing, nervous system support, intuitive guidance, and grounded community connection.
This space is designed for women walking a conscious healing path - women who want to understand their patterns, soften their protective responses, and rise in supportive community rather than alone.
A lot of you are nearby - St Kilda and the surrounding suburbs - which makes this circle a beautiful way to connect with other women close to home, while still welcoming any women who feel drawn to join.
What We Explore Each Month
As I'm guided by Spirit, each month we will work with one limiting belief and how it shows up in our nervous system, our choices, and our relationships. We’ll explore how to gently shift it with somatic and energetic support, integrating the work in a way that lessens the charge - so you can begin to respond rather than react.
These themes include:
• Procrastination — where expansion feels unsafe
• Perfectionism — where “not enough” still runs the show
• Overthinking — where the mind replaces forward movement
• People pleasing — where harmony becomes self‑abandonment
• Avoidance — where discomfort feels like danger
• Negative self‑talk — where old narratives limit new realities
• Self‑doubt — where fear overrides self‑trust
• Overcommitting — where busyness protects us from feeling
• Undercommitting — where staying small feels safer than being seen
• Conflict avoidance — where needs go unspoken
• Self‑isolation — where connection feels threatening
• Relationship sabotage — where intimacy awakens old wounds
These patterns are not failures. They are protection. (How smart we were to protect ourselves when we were younger). And now together, as women, we will begin to safely, gently rewire them.

Lions Gate Portal - 888 Energies
The Lions Gate energy is asking you to get clear on what you actually want and to finally do the thing your soul has been calling you toward. Not the comfortable version. The real one. The thing that has felt too big or too exposing. The thing you’ve circled, delayed or avoided because stepping into it would require you to expand into your next level.
This portal is created through three energies. The Sun in Leo opens the heart and activates courage, authenticity and self‑expression. Sirius rises and amplifies soul purpose, intuition and higher consciousness. And with Chiron now retrograde in Aries, the exact places where you’ve hesitated or doubted yourself are being brought right to the surface.
This retrograde pulls you inward so you can see the wound that has held you back and choose differently. Together, these energies push you to stop negotiating with your desires and start acting on them.
The rest required right now is intentional. Meditate instead of doom scrolling. Sit with yourself instead of numbing out. Give your nervous system the space to integrate the shifts.
To work with this portal, anchor yourself through clarity and deliberate action. Get specific about what you want to experience over the next six months. Name the abundance you’re calling in. Name the emotional freedom you’re ready to embody. Name the version of yourself you are stepping into.
Do a simple release ritual to let go of what is complete, then spend a few mindful minutes in morning sunlight, visualising that Leo, Sirius and Aries energy strengthening your auric field. Then take one aligned step, small and practical, toward the thing you know you are meant to do. That single action tells your system and the universe that you are not just receiving this energy. You are moving with it.
