My name is Patricia, and I am a Reiki Master with over 30 years of experience exploring the transformative power of energy and somatic healing. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from not just talking about what troubles us, but also in releasing what no longer serves us and reconnecting with the wisdom of our bodies, our Higher Selves, Spirit Guides, Angels, Source, and Mother Gaia.​

My Approach:

I integrate a range of healing modalities—including Reiki, Light Language, Theta Healing, Vocal Toning, Breathwork, and intentional Somatic Movement—to create sessions that are deeply personalised and restorative. As part of this process, I also bring through messages from your Spirit Guides and Divine Source, offering insight into where blocks may be held and how to release them. These messages often provide clarity and direction, helping you move forward with greater ease and confidence.

​I offer personalised 1:1 sessions and remote healings, each uniquely tailored to meet your individual needs. Post session I offer guidance on how to continue your own healing journey, offering specific tools that I have been guided to provide, often free of charge.
