Each month we explore one theme or limiting belief, noticing how it shows up in the body and gently shifting it through somatic and energetic work.

We gather on Saturday evenings, a time when the world often turns outward. Instead, this circle offers a different kind of night out; an intentional, restorative space for women who want connection, depth, and renewal.

Inside each circle you’ll receive somatic release, energy healing, nervous system support, and grounded community connection. We work with the body, the subconscious, and the energetic field to soften protective patterns, release stored emotional tension, and create space for clarity and inner expansion.
