Help Starting Over...

I don't know who wrote this but I read it recently and it resonated with me. At 50, I started over - it's not always been easy, and I still have moments of struggle, but it's worth it. Because I've never been happier within myself, I absolutely love what I do and I can't describe the feeling of immense joy I get from helping others - so I just have to remind myself to trust that all will work out as it should, keep doing the work to grow and release, and look after myself throughout.
Starting over can be intimidating. Leaving behind the familiar, even if it's not fulfilling, and stepping into the unknown for a chance at true happiness can be paralysing - it can leave us frozen.
But I encourage you to embrace the energy of the Snake this year. If you're considering a change, now is the perfect time to do it. Shed your old skin, carry forward your wisdom and experience, and take on what scares you.
Do what brings you joy. It's never too late to start again.
