The Aries Super Full Moon on Tuesday 7th October (AEST) is bold and uncompromising. It asks us to stop holding back and to act, speak, and live in alignment with what’s real. Aries energy is fearless, but it can also be rash — so the work is to channel it with awareness: pause, prepare, and choose conscious action.
It’s been a recurring theme with many of my clients in the past couple of weeks around needing the clear the throat chakra from weeks (and sometimes years) of not speaking up when we wanted to, not speaking our truth and not feeling safe enough to be our authentic selves in certain situations.
For me, these building energies landed deep. I ended up losing my voice with laryngitis because I wasn’t being fully, authentically me in one area of my life. Now there’s no need to fear - not everyone will feel it this literally! - but if you do my kind of work every day, the energy can cut straight to the core if ignored. Suffice it to say, it’s no longer ignored 😉
So if your words feel stuck, if you feel yourself holding back from being your authentic self to fit in or “keep the peace”, gentle practices can help — and deeper energy healing can clear blockages while also bringing through personal guidance from your Spirit Guides for clarity on the reasons why, and practical advice for your next steps.
Practices for the Aries Super Full Moon
1. Fire Ritual for Courage:
Aries is a fire sign, so working with flame is powerful. Write down fears, doubts, or old commitments that no longer serve you. Read them aloud, then burn the paper safely. Fire transforms stuck energy into movement.
2. Embodied Movement:
Aries rules the body and action. Put on music that stirs your energy and move in a way that feels bold—stomping, shaking, stretching your chest and throat open. This helps release blockages somatically, not just mentally.
3. Voice Activation:
Use your voice to begin clearing the throat chakra. Humming, chanting, or speaking affirmations aloud won’t fully clear deep blockages, but they do start the process. They help you reconnect with your voice, build confidence in expression, and open the pathway for deeper healing.
4. Courage Journal Prompt:
Instead of just “journaling,” ask yourself:
Where am I silencing myself?
What truth feels risky but necessary to speak?
What one action would move me closer to alignment this week?
- Then commit to one small, doable step.
5. Closing Gesture:
Seal the ritual with a physical act—clap your hands, bow, or place your palms on your heart, and confirm to yourself “and so it is”. This signals completion, that all release has been done, and integrates the energy.
6. Energy Healing for Throat Chakra:
If you’re feeling particularly stuck, energy healing can help clear throat‑chakra blockages at a deeper level. In my sessions, I also share direct messages from your spirit guides, offering clarity and guidance on how to move forward with authenticity.
Final Note:
This Aries Super Full Moon is a turning point. It asks us to be brave enough to speak, act, and live in alignment with our truth—even if it shakes things up. Courage here isn’t about force, or going in guns blazing without any forethought or preparation; it’s about integrity & authenticity. Step forward boldly. Be fearless under the Aries Moon.
