A space for deep healing, somatic release and energetic recalibration, shared in community with women walking a conscious healing path.
Each month we explore one theme or limiting belief, noticing how it shows up in the body and gently shifting it through somatic and energetic work.
This is something I've been pulled to do for a long time now, and the time feels right. Like me, so many of my clients are missing connection with likeminded women who understand how hard this path can be. With a group of people who feel like that safe space we all need when things get tough, and for whom we can be that support for when they need someone to just be there.
